Stevia rebaudiana B. extracts as a low-calorie sweetener have gained almost worldwide approval. Synthesized nanoparticles by plant were used in the different programs such as medical, pharmaceutical and agricultural filed. Here, we want to increase the main glycosides of stevia plant with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) treatment. This fact has stimulated the research on the analyses and comparison of different concentration of commercial and synthesized AgNPs using ethanol extract on the glycosides of stevia plant by HPLC. After synthesize of AgNPs, spectrum absorption of extracts was analyzed in different ranges from 300 to 700 nm and the maximum peak observed at 420 nm. TEM micrograph of synthesized AgNPs from Stevia rebaudiana extract showed size of 25 nm and spherical shape. A comparison between quantities of glycoside by HPLC under both treatment of AgNP exhibited that synthesize AgNP has more effect than commercial AgNP on the stevioside and then rebaudioside. On the other hand, results showed that with increase of AgNP concentration in both treatments, glycoside content enhanced. Overall, significant changes were observed in the glycosides in plants under synthesized and commercial AgNP that could be used to create plants with higher quality of glycoside for pharmaceutical approaches.
